PORTRAIT SESSION DEPOSIT OF $200 FOR: {SESSION DATE}

This Portrait Deposit secures your date of booking on October 2, 2020. The Deposit is applied towards any portraits/digital images purchase.

SATISFACTION

Client satisfaction is our top priority at Bidun Photography. We guarantee to do our best to deliver you high-quality images. If there are no images that you want to purchase, your portrait session deposit will be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are not allowed and the portrait session deposit won’t be refunded.

PORTRAIT SESSION AGREEMENT

The session agreement is put into place so you know exactly what a session with us entails and to ensure that we are able to deliver on your expectations. Please read all information carefully and print a copy for your records. By covering the portrait session deposit, you are indicating your agreement with and understanding of the policies, terms, and pricing set forth stated here. If you have any questions, please let us know before the session.

SESSION

1. Portrait session with Bidun Photography includes:

• Consultation to custom-design your session
• Wardrobe and styling suggestions
• Posing and directing advice
• Session time with multiple outfits

2. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your allotted session time. Arriving late may result in fewer images due to the shortened time frame.

3. You are responsible for covering additional fees and costs related to location choice (admission fees, parking, etc.). Travel up to 30 miles round-trip from 95842 is included.
The time and travel above will be invoiced at additional $200 travel fee.

RESCHEDULING

4. Requests for rescheduling are granted only at photographer’s discretion. If someone becomes ill, please call as soon as possible to reschedule. We maintain the right to reschedule if needed due to inclement weather, illness, emergency, etc. After a second request to reschedule or if the session is not held within 21 days of original session date, the Portrait Session Deposit is forfeited and current pricing will apply to the new session.

6. No shows – If we show up to your session and you are more than 1-hr late or do not show at all, the Portrait Session Deposit is forfeited. If you wish to reschedule your session after this, you will need to pay the Portrait Session Deposit again.

PROOFING & ORDERING

7. Your gallery of images will be ready for viewing 1-2 weeks after the photo session. You will have 40-60 images to choose from, to order fine art portraits, albums, or digital files.

8. Be sure that all decision-makers are present at the viewing/ordering meeting, as the order must be placed during this time.

9. Payment is due in full at the time of order. Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final. However, should something not meet the Client’s expectations, it is Client’s responsibility to contact Photographer and Photographer will work to resolve the issue to the Client’s satisfaction.

10. Orders are usually delivered within 2-4 weeks of placing the order. However, specialty or large orders can take up to 8-12 weeks.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

11. Photographer takes the utmost care with respect to the exposure, retouching, and transportation of digital captures, proofs, and prints. However, in the unlikely event that all the originals are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed within or beyond Photographer’s control, Photographer’s liability is limited to the refund of all payments received, or a re-shoot can be scheduled at no additional cost. The limit of liability for partial loss or damage of originals shall be a prorated amount of the total amount, based on the percentage of originals lost or damaged.

12. In the unlikely event that Photographer is injured or becomes too ill to attend the portrait session, Photographer will make every effort to reschedule to the earliest possible date. If the situation should occur and a reschedule is not possible, a reschedule is not possible, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payment received.

By covering the Portrait Session Deposit, you – the Client – are stating that you have read and understood the information in this agreement.
